Ive just witnessed something interesting. A russian kid and his father just came into the communal garden and the kid was quite aggressive and had an attitude. He then proceeded to pick up two big bricks from the garden and started banging them together, then he picked up a plastic stick and started hitting it against the metal railing. Then the kid jumped up on a table and started stamping his feet. He then he proceeded to walk out of the garden with these objects as if they were his own when clearly they are for gardening purposes. He also spat on the floor twice in full view of others.  All the while his gormless father stood there and said nothing. The kid looked about 8 or 9.

of them and they are outside till all hours screaming and shouting when everyone else is trying to sleep.. i can hear the kids screaming from the other side of the complex with the windows and doors shut. 
 

i wish the lot of them would just eff off home. They are brash, rude, uncouth and loud. Ive had enough to be honest. 
 

what is wrong with them? Is it cultural or what? If this violates any forum rules i do aplogize but its all i see everyday. Everyone else is polite and quiet but these russians, my god they have got to learn some manners! 

No parents anywhere are perfect that is for sure.  But, my general observation here is that Russian and Arab parents use minimal discipline on their kids.  I don´t see simple politeness, thank you or consideration for others being taught.  Could be a global issue I don´t know, but these folks seem to stand out here regarding this issue.

Sounds like you need to go somewhere else to stay or are you being forced to stay there?

Had a similar experience with a Russian kid (approx 5-6) running down the condo corridor shouting/screaming a couple of times a day then 1 day I got in the lift with the family & it was very obvious that the kid had mental problems (am guessing autism but I’m no expert).
 

Not easy for parents of any nationality to control a kid like that. 
 

Lucky we never heard a peep from them before 9am or after 9pm.

In my building in Bangkok, that has been very effective (not that we really have had many issues). Results depend on the management and fellow owners/residents. If your place is full of airbnb rentals vs long term owner/occupiers then you might not get much satisfaction if most are just very short term rentals.

Yes sure some of them are often drunk and cannot behave, I do not even deny it. But you can say the same about Brits for example as well.

It seems like people nowadays really need a different enemy image to cope through their life.

For the last few years it was the unvaccinated, now this is over, the new enemy is the Russian.

Again, I never ever had any issues with them and actually appreciate their presence, finally some normal people with traditional family values and no LGBTQ or Sexpats.

 

And before 2022 I never saw one topic here of people complaining about Russians. Now it is like one weekly and every keyboard warrior trying to surpass the other in bashing Russians.

False Equivocation? So since Colin Powell and George Bush lied to justify the Iraq War then all Americans are liars?  Not a fan of Russians but they are not all the same.  Yes I am American and i have encountered people who do not like me because of my nationality.  This stereotyping happens to just about everyone.

Don't like Russians much since my one and only "all-Inn" holiday in Turkey. That was in 1986, the next year loads of these resorts banned Russians because of their behavior.

Americans I don't like since my Uni years in 1978, fake people and uneducated.
