thaifriendly premium cancelled but keep being charged

Featured Replies

hi,
I cancelled my subscription but I keep being charged despite this message displayed:
" Your subscription is not active and you are not due to be billed again. Thank you for being premium"
Anyone know how to stop this?  their website 2co.com isn't working either.
I sent many email to thaifriendly but no answer.
I called Kasikorn center to ask to block this automatic renewal but the person that answered said I have to cancel my debit card. I will try to go to the bank directly too.
What a hassle.

I had the same problem with them. Scamming c..... . Finally got it canceelled after emailing 2co.com . Good luck.

Thaifriendly help center just sent me a message to inform me that I paid via google not them but they will give me a refund anyway.

Sounds very good. Waiting to receive the money.

How did you subscribe? If it was via the Android app you can cancel your subscription via the Play Store.

I don't remember paying by google, I was trying to cancel via my thaifriendly account. Also I didn't know you could cancel subscription via google, I will check regularly for my other payment and possible automatic renewal.
