Price is too good to be true.

Bike has no registration document. I'm not sure what that means 100% in Thailand, but in every other country I've lived in it means don't touch it.

Whatever the circumstances buying a bike in Thailand without a Green book will lead to it being g confiscated if you ride on the road and you get stopped by the police.

Many people buy a bike on payments, when they can not pay any longer some people just move so the money lender can not find them.

These bikes come up for sale but you will never own it.

The book is with the bank or money lenders.

I am not sure what they say tax can be renewed but either way i would stay clear of a bike like that.

When you get stopped it will be bye bye bike.

Look for a real deal.

what do I look for when buying something like this?

It's bigger sister, to buy instead.

A single cylinder 250cc engine is for 5 year old children to learn on.

No green book means that in 99.9% of cases the bike is stolen.
