Naked Brit smashes beer bottle over elderly Australian tourist’s head in Pattaya

You can wig out on the herb. The stuff these days is very medically strong.

Also, people tend to know their limits when drinking ( # of drinks & what kind, whiskey, beer etc) vs having no idea how potent the herb they are smoking is until it’s too late. You can also get paranoid when stoned, it’s not always mellow.

Yes! Weed is a danger to society. It's a killer! Stay with alcohol, that's healthy and save.

Crude comments so far. This was a serious battery, not a joke.

So true! Reefer madness! Hemp-addicts are aggressive, Ganja drives them crazy, they die young and they hit others while naked with beer bottles. Beware! Heaven help!

I've heard that when the Brit got his gear off, the old Aussie guy thought he was in Boyz Town and went to place a 100 baht note in between the Brit's a** cheeks, which he took offence to, so hit him with his beer bottle.  Don't know how true it is.

Stupid is an international thing.

Having said that there seem to be a lot more stupid Brits than other nationalities.

I am a 78 year old Brit and was never that stupid.

A swift hard boot in the goolies from behind is a good attitude modifier.

I occasionally hear Brits talking when I’m out and about, it’s when stealth mode engages automatically

Amateur!

The beer holds your place at the bar until the methamphetamines can kick-in!

Ganja

Far more likely meth and whiskey. Nothing like a wide awake drunk to cause trouble. A stoner would have fallen asleep.

I hope the Pattaya constabulary gave the idiot a good seeing to. ????????????????????

The most troublesome people I encounter in Thailand bars are Australians .

They can often be seen trying to pick fights with people by being verbally abusive and condescending .

I don't avoid them though , I often just have a fight with them

He may be facing a visa overstay in the near future.

I dont understand my countrymen, they come to Thailand, shave their hair off their heads, get Robbie Williams tats at the age of 40+ and believe cheap flip flops have super power. But forget to clip their toe nails and a two day growth makes the super sexy!

Drunk morons apparently.

That's the power of the Great British Pound in Thailand.

Generally a lot more than those high on cannabis. And do you reckon this guy hadn't drunk any alcohol?

On brand for Pattaya 100 percent

Such stories don't surprise me as much as the fact that sane folks are willing to live there.

Yes, I went there once one early afternoon on the way to Rayong. We drove around the nightlife area for 30 minutes, recognized it for what it is, and rolled back to the highway. Once was enough for me; I just don't see the attraction.

Brings to mind the truism "you are what you eat".

But, like food, each person can choose what they personally consume.

Do you hit them with your keyboard...like here?

The British guy should be made to pay the guy medical bill and then deported we don't need people like him

I'm Australian, I avoid drunk Brits and Australians. Too many thugs in the bars nowadays, I can't be bothered going there.

Sexually?

Never seen that advertised in the holiday brochure.

Witnesses at Tahitian Queen Agogo told the police that the British man was drinking at the bar last night when he suddenly took off all his clothes and paraded around the bar stark naked.

As one does... when you've been over-served with the juice.

Family friendly resort full of quality tourists.

Why naked I would ask  near the police station in pattaya.drunk  and not arrested attacking a farang. This time no ladyboy robbery and just a naked man attacking someone, all is good in pattaya again

Anything that gets you high is. Safest thing to do is not get loaded or be around those who are.
