My favourite pub has closed for "renovations". Can any local member recommend a friendly english speaking bar in the Hang Dong area where it is not noisy and I can have a beer, relax and a conversation. Sport on the television would be a bonus. Thank you all.

You could spend a few evenings visiting  various different bars to find one that you like ?

There was an "english-speaking" pub in Hang Dong (now closed?) News to me! 

 

Triplets Eat and Play is a restaurant but quite pleasant - not a bar as such, and definitely not a "girlie bar" ???? 

Small House Kafe might fit your needs.  

 

Now in Hang Dong, used to be on the edge of Santitham.  Nice owners, reasonable prices.  

 

 

The Wild Hog pub/saloon in Pa Deat next to Hang Dong....I can't vouch for how many people are there in the evenings.....We go for the food .....

Udomhouse bar, just been open for a few months, great reviews on google, near Wild Hog Saloon so there is now a choice for that area.

They certainly show a variety of sport at customers requests.

Yes it was, Zarrilo Travana or something like that.

A few years back before the reconfiguration, Kad Farang had small streets with a few going bars to choose from....Many pleasant evenings to be had there .....
