Over 10,000 Covid Cases In Chonburi Last Week

CHONBURI’S Public Health Office said today (May 22) that there were 10,648 new Covid cases and 12 deaths last week (May 14-20) with the majority being the elderly, Sanook.com said.

 

Of this total 13 were being treated for pneumonia while 19 require oxygen.

 

People in this province adjacent to Bangkok were urged to strictly follow Covid prevention measures as follows:

 

– Those who are infected but are either asymptomatic or only have mild symptoms should be treated on an outpatient basis but some may require hospitalisation at doctor’s discretion. They are urged to wear a face mask, wash hands frequently and keep appropriate distance from others;

Out of curiosity: why is it even still tested? By far, most countries have abandoned testing, and people who want to test have to pay the tests by themselves. Looks like previous flu infection also has an immunization effect for Covid, who would have thought that! (well, the 'conspiracy theorists' did, but they can't be taken for serious, or can they). Could it possibly be that Covy is very similar to the flu? Well, that would be way too simplified, would it. Because it's complicated and therefore, requires expensive solutions, say the experts.

Anyhow, the world has moved on, by now in most countries, it's more about who pocketed most money utilizing what has happened since 2020, and who's co-responsible for the tremendous economic, societal and psychological damage the policies caused. That 5-30% of the population catch a flu-like disease every year and that it can cause serious issues for a tiny fraction of them (particularly the ones not in good health or at high age) is nothing really new. Well it kinda was for 3 years, but now it's again not anymore. Let's move on, frens.

That's not exactly what they said, but it was extremely effective. Then the virus mutated. Statistically though, the vaccinated still fare much better.

We’ll certainly you have no knowledge of what the covid vaccine does !! It protects against Sever Illness , Hospitalization and Death, It never scientifically stated it stops,Prevent or immunes you from covid infection.

Really? Hasn't this been asked an answered enough already? It was NEVER claimed it would prevent you from getting or transmitting the virus. It was created to help keep you out of the grave by ameliorating the intensity.

I just went back to teaching this week. Over half of one class and 2/3 of another were out with Covid.

 

To date, our school hasn't lost one student. They get sick, but bounce right back because they have all been vaccinated.

And whatever the vaccines did or did not do, they earned each of the major manufacturers tens of billions of dollars in profit.

I am not anti-vax. I simply like to be able to question things. 

 

And I stopped wearing a mask a year ago. No way I am going back to that. And I have no fear of covid in it's present form. Got it already. Have had flus that were worse.

that they said later...on the beginning they said: Have the vaccine, don't get it. 95 % effective against getting it. Not getting and not transmitting it to others....They than changed the story as it was clear that it was not the case.....It was promoted like the smallpox vaccine. Have it: don't get smallpox

The money aspect is in fact much worse than the tens of billions. It destroyed many small and medium size companies while the big companies made huge profits and got money from the governments....I don't mean Thailand here, I mean basically every country with very few exceptions.
