Condos under 1M

Featured Replies

Is there such a beast? Interested in Pattaya and Bangkok. Not picky about... well... anything. In Bangkok prefer the Northern areas such as ladprao, kaset area etc

You can buy a condo for under 300k in Bangkok if you’re not picky about…well…anything.

What purpose would it serve to buy a dump?

We used to dream of living in a dump. Would have been a palace to us.

Ladprao?  You can easily find a 30-35m efficiency for half a million.

You can even be picky about some things if you so desire.

You mean a studio? How would one go about finding those? I get the feeling most sites that are ran by agents prefer to only list the more pricy properties...

When using max. price filter, first results (lowest) are too often only the downpayment required.. or even the price per sqrm..

We used to live in an old water tank on a rubbish tip. We got woke up every morning by having a load of rotting fish dumped all over us!

Nice bloke but depressing film, imagine living in those dumps!

Imagine living on the street in US in utter filth and danger with income of $2000 per month from SS and pension like many veterans vs small room with fan, toilet, and shower?

Like this?

Set the minimum price at 25,000 or so to weed out the downpayment or monthly installment ads.

You'll probably find more at this price point unadvertised.  Might have to do some field work.  Walk around the area, find a suitable building/location, check with management office on the first floor.  Often have a bulletin board with flyers detailing studios for sale.

Several town house and appartments south of Pattaya in Bangsaray Sattahip for that price. A friend of mine inhearted a condo from his Uncle, and sold it for 800 000,-

Quite ok actually for the price.

There's 300k condos for sale in  Pattaya at Flybird, but if you ride around and find a location and condo you like, a nice one can be found for 1m in Pattaya

BS.

Not everyone needs to live in San Francisco or Seattle. US is a big country.
