They do exist. Not as common as 'other types'.

Found one on Samui. My wife died and I had put most things in her name as she was 10 years younger then me. Lawyer sorted it all out nice and easy.

Found another good lawyer in Bangkok when my friend's widow was being prosecuted for lying at a murder trial. Lawyer got the case kicked out of court. It was her husband's murderer that was suing her.

 

I have also found a few dodgy ones in my time here in Thailand.
