Trying to get hold of Bisoprol Fumate 5mg and Ramipril 2.5mg in the above area’s, have drawn a blank in my local town and also in Yasothon,  the Thai brands are Concor or Hypercor and Tritace or Vaspril I know I can get these in Bangkok but don’t really want to go there at the moment.

Living in the sticks can be a pain 

There are on line pharmacies in Thailand. Have you explored that possibility?

My BPH medication is 30 to 40% cheaper online (Medisafe) than at our local pharmacy.

Both Bisoprolol and Ramipril are not very difficult to find. I cannot imagine that Yasothon doesn't have them. 

Mukdahan and Ubon definitely have them. 

Locals will know which pharmacy is well-stocked. It can be quite useful to know this in the future. Maybe easier and faster than the online pharmacies. 

BTW There are several threads discussing the pros and cons of the different online pharmacies.

Order yesterday, offered generic, and the two brands I enquired about,  delivery 55THB.

Ordered the brands I’ve used before here in Thailand.
