The decision has already been made as to what new government Thailand will have, just need to organise how to present it to the people.

Yes they let MF discredit themself more, till everyone see what a bunch of incompetence they are and than PTP present themself as the less radical party of reason.
The others will support them and it is a good democratic solution.

A warning to them. Everything has changed. Thais want to move forward. Tamper with the election results at your own peril. Pita must prevail.

Yes and no. The only thing that has changed is what the people want, and they don't count. "Pita must prevail" meets "the families must prevail" (one of them of course being the one we cannot mention).

Only the families have the big nasty weapons. The families do not have to give a 4x about the people.

It looks like a significant number (5 ~ 10) of MFP MPs-elect will get red or yellow cards, and assuming PTP have none, that would swing the majority party to PTP, who will then form a government with BJT and "the uncles parties".

The violations include not having voted in local elections (one assumes Bangkok local election).

The EC is in an awkward position. The law says no shares in media companies. It's not like they have much choice. If they decide holding media shares on behalf of someone else (AKA Thaksin's maid) is an honest mistake all well and good.

Pure insanity to push this. The only possible reason is to spark street demonstration to give cause for yet another coup.

If there was a coup it would by by an Army which OWNS Tv and radio stations, no media shares there!

No more inane than the cooking show nonsense in 2008. What’s very different now is that the publics willingness to accept such nonsense has entirely dissipated.
