Have you visited the website and logged into your client page?

You will see details of your log in if it is approved.

Hard to have confidence in their service when their website is still incomprehensible, nearly endless lines of code.  It's been this way for more than a month.

With the screw being tightened by various authorities and websites targeted, you might be better off judging a service by how reliable the channels are rather than glossy websites 

 

The best services now only take customers that are friends of friends, much safer, less agro.

They still manage to grow as they end up being more reliable.

Other than issues caused by xtream codes software being busted four years ago, been rock solid.

It has been friends of friends only since 2019 and is still growing.

I have no idea what's going on with the website.  All I can say is that the service is working fine and is generally reliable.
