It used to come in sachets (expensive) and in cans of 400g (much cheaper).

It is not available in pharmacies,  neither online. "Out of stock".

Anybody knows an alternative?

Or whether it will be available again?

As said easy to order on Lazada as psyllium.  Not a fan of power taste myself so always order Now Foods, Psyllium Husk Caps (although more expensive than plain psyllium husk).

I'm glad someone finally brought up this subject. I didn't think about sharing here. I've been diligently looking for the SF and then the regular since the first of the year (Anyway, it seems like that long).  I've written emails to Berlin and even requested info on their webpage, but, alas, they don't respond.

I've started using Benefiber.  I used the MetaMucil in the US, but haven't tried it over here. I guess I'll have to run the numbers and see how the cost will work-out.

Are you fighting constipation? I was, but I stumbled on a great video on youtube about Magnesium deficiency and a supplement suggestion. It has changed my life. I've pasted the address here. You'll have to copy the address and paste it in your browser. I didn't want to paste the https:// BS because it makes a big mess of the post with the 'photo'.  (I bought the magnesium citrate from NineLife)

I also found Mucilin was no longer available the last one-two months.
As pointed out on here, there are other alternatives available

Mucilin is not worth your money. Each 11g contains 3.4g husk.

You'll get better deal on Lazada.

I ordered the psyllium in Thailand J's picture. I got grains,  not powder.
In shoppee and Lazada I cannot find out from the pictures which one is grains, which one is powder. I need powder.
Any experiences?

(as recommended by  Sheryl, tomorrow I will try Villa)

Correction: its not complete grains, they have been ground somewhat, but still very grainy, very hard. Not a powder at all.

I am happy with the brand. May be they have changed the content? Try another brand. There are many to chose from online, used to be only two or three sellers.

All these products differ quite lot from each other.

Some are very grainy (Fiber grains as recommended by Thailand J),

Some are more soluble (Mucilin and Do Nutt are the best,  but both are very sugary, Nature First from Villa Market is soso)

Some are very finely ground, makes them very gluey (careful!) (now from iHerb; Gourmazia was so gluey didn't dare to ingest it)

I use a combination of Kellogg's All-Bran daily, and a sachet of Macrogol ( Polyethylene Glycol ) once or twice a week. The Macrogol gets thing moving without producing the runs. Great stuff.
