Probably do not have the advanced technology to work things out.

Seems harsh, but I'd still give 15 years for manslaughter - not the 3-4 years we give madly in the UK

Reckless driving causing death would be the charge, not murder.

Leaving someone to die in the road without even calling the emergency services.

Murder.

So why was Khun Boss charged with reckless driving causing death and not murder then ?

Family ties.

Utter nonsense.

Would have to prove malice to charge with murder.

Leaving someone in the road to die while you drive away is not malice enough for you?

This is why it continues...

Legally the charge is not murder though..... Something you  fail to grasp.

I know the legal charge is not murder.

I said in MY OPINION it should be.

If you have an accident you call it in to the emergency services and wait, rendering assistance if needed.

Do  runner and the victim dies... MURDER.

That might change a few minds.. including yours.
