Down under or Thai? Aussie mum trades Oz for Land of Smiles
Good luck to them I say. If they can afford that lifestyle then that's great. I hope their dream house gets built and the standard of work is top notch. There's a lot of wishful thinking but anything is possible here in the land of loan sharks and dodgy investors. Phuket wouldn't be my 1st choice but each to their own. -

Honda ADV 160 (2025) – Stiff Suspension: Should I Upgrade?
The fault is just the cog, took about 40 mins to change, not a simple job, my independent garage was aware of it and knew what to do, 300 baht, a Honda garage should know and may be free. It was discussed in another Click thread Sept 23 -

No need to PM as easy to answer ... 1. We've been as far south as Betong, Yala, north to CM, and east to Trat & wee bit beyond, and never a problem charging. 2. We have a wall charging cable, provided free & installed by MG subcontractor, and we rarely use. The granny/emergency charging cable (photo'd above) that also comes with the car is more than adequate, for most of our charging. 3. You shouldn't have a problem selling it, though price may not be exactly what you want. Still early to tell how that market will be the next couple years. I suspect better than now, as their price war is keeping new prices down. If the govt incentives expire in a couple years, then you get a very nice price. Download this app on Google Play, maybe Apple, and will give you a ball park idea of CS (Charging Stations) country wide, or peak at this thread. No shortage of. -

How do you pay?
99.5% PromptPay/TrueMoney (~ 49.5%), foreign credit cards (~50%) (always pay in THB, no local fees, no issues, my credit cards do not charge any foreign transaction fees). rarely pay in cash, maybe motorbike taxis. -

Spreaders of Conspiracy Theories: Unmasking the Motivations Behind the Lies
Notice the furore about Harris has diverted people's attention from the laptop, and why a man that was incapable of standing again for POTUS is still POTUS. Classic case of look over here while doing nefarious things over there.
