Hi, Is there a company that picks up older unwanted computer parts, including monitors? Also, maybe there's some technical school that might want these. Not sure what to do with it now, pls advise.

I am in the same situation with loads of electrical & computer bits to get rid of.

Where are you? I am in Phitsanulok.

I live in a condominium.

I put any parts and things which might be reusable or sellable in the garbage room. The cleaners know what to do with it. Problem solved.

I'm in Bangkok Kannika.

Last resort might be to just do that. In the meantime if anyone has other suggestions please share.

If you live in Banwangtan in Chiang Mai then they have a few bins next to the main gate to put electronics and hazardous waste in. I have used them a few times adding an old printer and oven as well as some excess painting materials.

Just after unloading that table-top oven (top burner was broken) I looked in my rearview mirror as I was driving away only to see the security guard taking it out of the bin and placing it in the guard's shanty. Looks like he wanted new project.
