Not a fan of salmon, but that looks nice. I used to love poached Sculpin with scrambled eggs.

97,8 today, loosing 0,25kg +- a week which is the plan

Went to sleep last night, 73kg. Weighed this morning, after a pee, 72.4

Can someone put on more weight than the weight of food they consume?

What is confusing about my simple question?

Plain yogurt with blueberries and a chopped up apple. Same every day. Two cups of coffee with metformin.

I change between yoghurt/pink milk, fruit/seeds and next day porridge with honey and fruit. Always two cups of Yorkshire tea, no milk or sugar.

At weekend I can treat with a couple of croissants/peanut butter.

Or if I have been VERY good, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, sausage, fried bread, HP sauce,

I usually have a nice slice of pork-loin fried with onions, and eggs either fried in the same pan, or poached on toast.

When the kid's home add some potatoes and cheese

you shouldn't store tea in the frig

I Googled it, and it is OK if the tea is in an unopened, sealed container, other wise moisture CAN form inside. the container. Never had any problems with that.

There is more chance of moisture forming in the cool part of my kitchen than in the fridge. Especially in an unopened or airtight container.

Mission low carb tortilla. Mixed minced chicken with egg, thai bread crumbs, spring onion, Ketjap Manis, Korean chili sauce, salt, peper and Dijon Mustard, slapped it thinly on the tortilla and fried it meat down for 3 minutes in olive oil. Brushed the top with the olive oil and then flipped it. Garnished it with Gouda cheese, folded it in the middle and ate it like a sandwich. With Guava juice and water.

My first meal is just before noon, and just before the dog takes me for my walk.

Wake up ~0600, and coffee is about all I'm going to do.  Then troll AN

Stick to my overnight fast, ~2100-1100 fairly well.  Makes a big difference in weight control, and quite easy, since asleep half the time.

yeah agree.

unless you're training for the olympics, i'm not sure 3 meals a day is a good idea for most people.

brunch is probably a better idea.

keep trolling us man. and we'll troll you right back. that's how we roll.
