I love being called a kid. It reminds me of my playful nature. Thanks for that compliment.

And a bowl of grapes peeled by my gorgeous naked 22 year old lover.

What did he do with the skins after he peeled them off for you or would you rather not say?

Did you forget to remove the plastic wrap on the cheese?

No. But looking at the picture it almost looks like that.

In hindsight I should have left it in the oven for a minute or two longer. Next time.

This is how it looked like half through my preparation - no wrap anymore. 😉

it's because it's not real cheese, but highly processed cheese.

and some of the ingredients might eerily resemble plastic.

Ok, please experts, what is a good cheese for this kind of sandwich?

I thought that square cheddar cheese is the right kind of cheese where the cheese should melt.

If not, why not? And which cheese (available in Bangkok) would you suggest?

In general, I like Edam Cheese (the real one, not in little plastic bags).

I used something like this, I don't remember the brand.

In the oven or on the grill?

In the oven or on the grill?

I did this the first time.

I put it in the oven 180 degree with heat from up and down for about 10min.

And when I saw it was not really brown on top I changed the oven to grill for another 2 minutes.

When I do it again, I plan to keep it a minute or two longer in the oven.

I was inspired by this:

I know, but it does taste good on burgers. I prefer real cheese also, like Emmenthaler or Vermont Cheddar on burgers, but if it's not available......

I thought it looked too good to be baked.

I usually fry the ham in butter, flip it, add the cheese, when the cheese melts put it on the bread and then grill the sandwich in the same pan.

For a grilled cheese, I just butter the bread and grill it covered

Plus, it's easy and lasts a lot longer individually wrapped.

Got up early and had a run, so nice and cool. Was famished so cooked up a quick breakfast. Left over baked potato changed into home fries with some onion. Found a small pork chop in the freezer and bingo 40 minutes later eating.
