Prayut Chan-o-cha, the Prime Minister, and his cabinet members, departed the premises in his private Benz with license plate number YK 1881, Bangkok. Civil servants lined up to bid farewell, cheering "We love you, Uncle Tu!" continuously. Earlier at 1:00 PM, Gen. Prayut offered prayers on a pavilion of the Thai Koo Fah Building, reported Naewna. Earlier in the morning, Gen. Prayuth arrived at the government headquarters with a radiant smile. He greeted the press saying, "Hello there," and expressed, "May this day be good and blessed." He then posed for photographs with the media. Good grief and I thought UK politics was cringe worthy. These people look like they’ve just been helping themselves to treasury money. Poor people and even the middle class in Thailand must look at these photos and think, this is wrong.
