That will surely make headlines in Japan - rarest case I have heard from a Japanese in Thailand for the past 18 years - harakiri ?

"It just happens to all be mostly white collar type crimes instead of assaults, robbery, murder, etc.

Prostitution, gambling, bribery, corruption, sexual assaults, human trafficking, all are common,...."
