This is published by CNN who are Pro-Israel.  Not Hamas, but the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

This has to be your most ridiculous statement to date. CNN seems to be obsessed with Israel, and virtually all of their coverage is biased against Israel.

You talk about terrorist but apperently all males +16 in Gaza are terrorists.

Terrorist are the combatant Hamas + combatant civilians that killed and took hostages.

Are all other males in Gaza that didn't took part in the 7th of October attack also terrorist and Israel has the right to kill them under which international law. Can you provide a link to which international law is applicable ?

Thanks !

Anyone in Gaza helping hamas be they carrying water or firing rockets is a terrorist.

OK, when does the right for self defense start for non combatant Palestinians living in Gaza that didn't participate in the 7th of October attacks in Israel?

That post does not negate all the terrible sadistic acts of butchery they have already committed now does it and if that's the level of your posting skills I wouldn't bother if I were you.

Non combatants by the very name NON combatants dont get involved in fighting.  They hunker down or escape, and curse the cowards (in this case, Hamas) who got them into the mess.  Any who DO get involved, especially if not in uniform or in a recognized fighting force, are considered illegal combatants and may be subject to summary execution.

Someone needs to explain to Thorgal what happens in a war when the Enemy is hiding in Populated areas. He clearly does not understand what will happen to civilians used as human shields. I will give him a pointer The London Blitz, Coventry, Hamburg, Dresden, and Berlin. What is the common Denominator Thorgal.

Non combatants should also be evacuating in the humanitarian corridors that the IDF keeps providing and asking them to do.

It's not a difficult question, and who has refused to answer it? Anyone fighting with hamas, or helping hamas in any way is a terrorist.

If you are maintaining the generator supplying hamas with electricity, you are a terrorist.

Yes, but Warner Brothers is publicly traded so there must be at least some Jews that own it. Likely some of the hamas billionaire leadership as well.

The leader of Hamas is trapped in a tunnel in Gaza. Seal the Tunnel and let him Rot. In other news, the Remembrance Cenotaph in Rochdale has been sprayed with Free Palestine Graffiti twice and Poppies have been removed. For people on here who do not know Rochdale, it is one of the most heavily Islamic towns in England their own Mayor is Muslim, and there Labour MP is  Muslim who has just resigned because of Keir Starmer's the leader of the Labour Party refusal to Acknowledge a ceasefire. This desecration of a remembrance symbol has all the hallmarks of an Anti-Semitic attack my Muslims.

Israel declared the war on Palestinians in Gaza based on the combatant Hamas and combatant Palestinian civilians attacks done on 7th of October 2023.

Combatant on 7th of October = killing , taking hostages, destruction, any violence , rapings, stealings, helping, transportation...any direct and indirect involvement in the coordinated attack.

Non combatant on 7th of October = no participation at ALL in the coordinated attacks from Hamas

Again, when does the right for self defense start for non combatant Palestinians living in Gaza that didn't participate in the 7th of October attacks in Israel? When can a non combatant (on 7/10/2023) become a combatant as self defense after under siege, blockade, bombings and/or ground invasion of IDF as per international or domestic law?

Thanks for your reply anyways.

We are wasting our time on this idiot everything we have posted including videos of Tunnels dug in and around Hospitals are ignored by him we have told him what happens to Civilians in Airstrikes that have to be carried out to defeat Hamas Casualties will occur if an Enemy is using civilian infrastructure to carry out Attacks. He informs us he is Multi - lingual yet he cannot comprehend the English language so he has to go before he destroys this thread.

Everyone has a right to defend themselves against hamas. Any non-combatants should evacuate with their hands up.

Why is this so confusing to you?

For the sake of honest discussion, please define "kids".

Again, anyone, kids included, fighting with hamas, or helping hamas in any way is a terrorist.

Any kids not fighting with hamas, and not helping hamas in any way are not terrorists and they should evacuate with their parents. If their parents are terrorists and the kids are not, then the kids should evacuate without their parents. If the parents are terrorists and keep children with them, then the death of the kids is a tragedy, but it is the fault of the parents. not the IDF.

Let’s not completely ignore the fact that Israel has had the power and initiative for decades now, and this is the result. Hamas is crazy, but the conditions that created Hamas were created by Israel.

October 7th was effectively an own goal by the Israeli’s

There's also an unknown number of Palestinian citizens that are missing under the demolition of the Gaza buildings that have been bombed.

This figure of missing persons needs to be added to the 10.300...

You sure that these are not already  included in Hamas casualty figures?

I don't understand why it's usual to call some Palestinian citizens from Gaza  "terrorist" while they were non combatant on the 7th of October, but became combatant as self defense per international law under siege, bombings, displacement, blockade and threat of ground offensive?

The self defense as civilian (no uniform needed) can be applicated because Israel's response is out of proportion and constant threat and not aimed for military targets.

Some "terrorist" tunnels before, can be used now as completely legal "self defense" tunnels.

Killing massively and unlawfully civilians while it's known that weaponed Hamas militia went into Israel on 7th of October to kill massively and unlawfully unlawfully is not acceptable to continue. The difference between combatant and non-combatant has been "overlooked" to justify the ongoing onslaught in Gaza on non combatant civilians.

That's your opinion.
