How can i get it for the advertised 99 baht a month rate?

Are there any disadvantages?

 

If i just sign up for a new microsoft account will it be ok? Can i use it in English language? Can i pay with my kasikorn bank debit card?

i did it this way, very cheap. My xbox here does not recognise thailand and only charges me in SGD so not sure where you see thb.
