DTAC Call center not answering calls

Tried 1678 a few times, some Thai garbage then the phone gets put down. anyone have a better number?

Turns out 1678 works fine, the message I was getting in Thai was dtac saying I need credit on the phone in order to call them. As it was only a 1 year data SIM I didn't bother topping up
