A US Navy warship has intercepted missiles and drones launched from Yemen by the Iran-aligned Houthi movement, US officials say.

A Pentagon spokesman said the missiles had been launched "potentially towards targets in Israel".

The USS Carney, a guided-missile destroyer, was operating in the northern Red Sea on Thursday.

How come countries like Palestine and Yemen are always short of food and other essential items but never run out of rockets, just maybe if they get rid of the rockets there would be plenty of food and other essentials. 🤔

If they would have spent, say, half of that on bomb shelters, I think they could still make their point launching 4000 rockets instead of 8000 (or whatever), and there would be less dead Gazans to mourn.

Palestine isn't a country. 

As I saw it on Al Jazeera they were not necessarily for israel. They could have been headed for american assets, but as they were destroyed it's unknown what the destination was.

Now that the US has declared for israel, IMO all Americans abroad and US assets are a target.
