Lack of muscular definition equates to looking older. Rounded shoulders, a slight paunch, turkey gobbler neck...weight training can hold all of that off, but not just cardio. Thank god for those with no bodybuilding skills and a Honda parked in the garage. I respect the effort bodybuilding takes, but most guys then just look like fat blokes when they get older.
