    Maxxis Tires, Big place on Sukhumvit Road,  Southbound carriageway going out of town. Recently bought CRV Tires from there cost was B3100 if you buy four you will get a lower price.

     

    There is a recent topic running about this somewhere in Pattaya forum but I don't have time to find it.
