Hua Hin’s transport operators are gearing up to offer top-notch services to tourists in the upcoming high season.

Following a meeting on Thursday, local authorities and transport providers met to discuss operational strategies.

The meeting, hosted at the Hua Hin Grand Hotel and Plaza, was chaired by the District Chief of Hua Hin, Mr. Plakrit Puangwalaysin. It brought together key players from both government and private sectors, including Ms. Ajchara Arunrat, a transportation expert from the Prachuap Khiri Khan Transport Office, and Ms. Malathira Seemek, head of the Tourist Assistance Center of Prachuap Khiri Khan (TAC).

Key organizations represented at the meeting included the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Prachuap Office and the Tourist Police, alongside the Secretary-General of the Mayor of Hua Hin, Mr. Kitti Fueng Fu, and Mr. Kitisak Siripetchkasem, Managing Director of Hua Hin Car Company Limited, who was also in attendance.

No one from Hua Hin airport ghost ?

Apart from the little green buses cruising the main road up and down there is no public transport in Hua Hin. The mentioned Hua Hin Car Company Limited is a private company presumably offering private transportion services.

Exactly! and a lot of other questions

the songthaew are ok, but seem to run very infrequently for some reason.

tuk tuk have always been expensive, but i have seen more thais using them now, so maybe they have started to drop their prices

Nearly correct, they have a two tier price system.
