Overtaking a car at a junction when they can't see if a vehicle is pulling out. Very common

They have no clue which side to overtake from 😱

Also..entering a main road from  a soi  without checking the traffic.

Simply out. They actually have no clue about traffic rules at all. Just check out the poor material and the little to no things you have to pass to be granted a driving license. It speaks volumes of stupidity. After that, they try to say they patrol the streets and set up checkpoints to make it safer. The only thing they do, is to put more people on the roads that can easily be wiped out.

If you are constantly being undertaken on the inside that suggests that it is you that is in the wrong lane... move over to the slower lane.

We've all seen motorbikes packed with multiple riders, but the other day I saw one bike that took it to a new level.  They had 4 on one seat BUT one of them was standing up so the others had more room.  It looked like a circus act, 555.

Most Thais began there motorcycle experiance as a baby and time they are 12 years old know very well how to ride them .

Problem is that they are not taught how to abide by basic road rules . Instead follow what there parents done as they are sitting on the front of the motorcycle .

The worst of the worst are the delivery drivers . Had one run into me recently . He was of course reading the phone .

Something needs to be done about them urgently .

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that passing on a blind curve or at the crest of a hill can be more than just dangerous. It's a flat-out admission of stupidity, and we see it every single day on Thai roads.
 

'Cutting inside of a turning vehicle.'  I've stopped worrying about this one. If I'm making a turn, have my directional signals on, and I'm far enough over so anyone behind me knows I'm turning, yet some idiot thinks it's OK to cut inside my turn, he's not my problem at that point.

I would go as far as to say from birth, I have seen Mother and New born, climb on the back of a M/C directly from the Hospital door.

Driving a car waiting to turn right at a T junction (small single lane road), and as you pull out they come from behind turning right directly in front of you.

Stop at a red light in a car, front of the line, motorcycle comes along your left side. Light changes to green, m/cycle turns right, right across you !

Many cars do that as well because they can't be arsed to queue up in the right hand turn lane.

That is exactly what happened to me luckily she hit my front wheel tyre as I was already turning, she came off a few yards ahead, I got out to look at any damage, she was back up on her bike and zoomed of into the distance, that was the day I brought my dash cam.

I used to ride my bike "sensibly", as I would back home.  That lasted about a week and I was having 30 near death experiences per kilometre.

 

I converted to riding Thai style, felt much more comfortable, and reduced the near death experiences to a more manageable 5 per kilometre, on a good day.

 

If everybody on the dancefloor is doing a tango and you only know how to waltz, you've got a problem.
