Persistent spam from ALLIN99MVP.V99 on LINE app

Featured Replies

I get the usual friend request a few times per week with an image of a scantily clad woman. Easy enough to Report & Block.

But since yesterday I've been receiving multiple messages from ALLIN99MVP.V99 like this:

I do not even get the opportunity to Report & Block. But I report, and it returns. Today I sent a message to LINE and asked them to investigate, which they are doing.

I think this is some gambling site, but I am concerned that these messages are getting through without any ability to block them.

Is anyone else getting these too?

Report and block them. You will get more but keep on blocking them, not much more you can do. This sort of thing is partly preventable but with many banks wanting a load of details that are not necessary to use their app, and companies selling your information it is not going to stop any time soon.

OK. I've reported it again, with the URL. I don't know whether LINE has the ability to block, as it's auto generated and probably creates another link as soon as this is blocked.

Report in Line:

Report.
