Old bores on small bores

Featured Replies

Who would be interested in a motor ride once or twice weekly. This would be for smaller bikes/scooters. Purpose is to ride around Chiang Mai, see the sites, have a meal etc. Mostly paved roads, if needed some dirt roads but no hardcore enduro.

And yes, we can do the Samoeng loop but maybe once in a while we can do something more off the beaten track and/or original.

During the rides we will try to assess new members. What speed are they comfortable with etc. As a rule of thumb the slowest rider will set the pace until everybody else is fed up, races ahead and leaves him somewhere in a national park.

Let me know if you want to come along and go where many went before. Everyone is welcome (regardless of gender).

Cheers

R’tje

PS. I know there are many facebook groups for organizing rides but either they are focused on other places, off road riding, bigger bikes, or overrun with advertisements (btw I have plant pots for sale).

This post is dedicated to Captain Slash, the most prolific rider of them all. I still enjoy some of the trails he posted and still re-read his posts.
