You Aussie?  Did you read the article about entering with a fraud passport?

And:

Elices is a major suspect in Australia with 38 arrest warrants issued against him and of these 36 are related to firearms and one each for import of 14 kilogrammes of methamphetamine pills and participating in a transnational criminal network. He also has a criminal history of assaulting officials and robbery.

Unbelievable.

So he likes to keep busy, unlike bar stool warmers here.  :whistling:

Good work, Thai Police! People like this guy are nothing but trouble. They are merchants of misery. Extradite him to Australia and ban him from ever returning to Thailand again!

Unless he comes back again using someone else's passport, and Thai Immigration once again doesn't catch the fraud when he passes thru Immigration upon arrival....

Dangerous guy....lots of us here ride, enjoy and love bikes. But the HA's are a different breed.

I got stuck in a snow storm on my HD in North Platte, Nebraska a few years back...I unknowingly arrived into the Friend's of the Bandidos club house/motel. They took me under their wing as I did a 600 mile ride that day and they liked that. I have to say I had a ball with these guys but I sure wouldn't cross them

The bulk on this guy, he must spend his day pumping iron.

Probably with some added 'chemical-assistance'?!

I am wondering with the passport he used how he passed through the biometrics system which is supposed to stop this.

Surely his face and prints didn't match the Italian guy's passport he travelled on.

Even if the passport was used for the first time entering Thailand the prints and face would not match up to what is embedded in the passport chip.

Unless he has completely bypassed immigration checks.

Confused!

Re this guy's supposed original arrival into Thailand on a chartered flight with someone else's passport:

"do private planes go through customs?

The short answer is: Yes.

Private jet customs follow a similar process compared to commercial flights. You’ll need to present your passport and visa, and you may have to declare certain items you’re bringing into the country."

Thanks.

So now we know how he got into the country, he hasn't been through the normal immigration or customs checks.

The above excerpt says the opposite.... Maybe not "normal" as in the same as for regular commercial flight passengers... But supposedly still having to pass thru Immigration and have his passport and visa details checked.

'Thai Immigration Police said Elices had admitted fleeing Australia to Thailand with an Italian passport and applying to stay longer.'

TM30 done for +30 extension allowed them to locate him? NOW, imagine how many criminals could be bought to book if TM30 was enforced for Landlords and not just extension seekers.

Unless somebody can explain how a guy gets through biometrics when his physical appearance, as in his face, and his fingerprints cannot match that of the original holder's passport.

The only other way is that he has had a legal passport made in Australia with the Italian name and his own biometrics.

That would make sense.

Has he committed any crime in Thailand?

He may been convicted in Australia? He may be on the wanted list but has he been convicted?

Perhaps we have judicial trials for reasons to ascertain guilt, rather just incarcerating others on accusations

Did you miss the part of the story where he entered Thailand on someone else's passport?

Entered the country on another person's passport. But death sentence, no.

Not difficult via Torres Strait to PNG and Indonesia using a variety of private vessels, fishing boats and ferries.

Bike gangs in Aus import and distribute millions of dollars worth of drugs and have plenty of cash for chartering aircraft and bribing officials in abovementioned countries.

Death sentence should be reintroduced for these murdering scum.

Yeah the catch to it is that it was a chartered flight probably with select passengers landing not at one of the major airports.

This guy will be sent back to Aus if they are smart on a chartered government flight.

I got in a fight with a HA at Sydney casino.

He could fight but was no match for the Goat.

I didnt know until after the fight was over, but when i realised I gave him another couple just to make sure he didnt get up.

Then his mates wanted to have a go but the casino bouncers had dragged me away before they had a chance.

Which was lucky for them.

I have always thought that the dressing up in matching leather was a bit gay to be honest.

Seems like a nice boy, lucky he didn't bum you.
