The use of BIM in design and construction in Architecture 25
The integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the design and construction processes is rapidly transforming the architectural landscape, and Architecture 25 will undoubtedly showcase its pivotal role. BIM’s capacity to create comprehensive digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of facilities allows for enhanced collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors. This technology facilitates the early detection of clashes and inconsistencies, significantly reducing costly errors and rework during the construction phase. Furthermore, the visualization capabilities of BIM enable stakeholders to gain a clearer understanding of the project, fostering better decision-making and improved communication. As the industry advances, the adoption of BIM not only streamlines workflows but also contributes to more sustainable and efficient building practices. The impact of BIM extends beyond the initial design and construction phases, permeating the entire lifecycle of a building. By integrating data-rich models, facility managers can optimize maintenance schedules, improve energy efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance. This data-driven approach allows for better asset management, leading to reduced operational costs and increased building longevity. Moreover, the ability to simulate different scenarios and analyze performance metrics within a BIM environment empowers architects and engineers to make informed choices regarding material selection, system design, and energy consumption. The seamless flow of information from design to operation ensures that buildings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally efficient and sustainable. At Architect expo 2025, the focus on BIM will likely highlight its potential to drive innovation and address the challenges facing the built environment. Exhibitions and presentations will likely showcase cutting-edge applications of BIM, including its integration with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality. These advancements are poised to further revolutionize the way buildings are designed, constructed, and managed. The emphasis on BIM reflects a broader industry trend towards digitalization and data-driven decision-making, signaling a future where technology plays an increasingly integral role in creating more efficient, sustainable, and resilient built environments. -

How does Musk Keep Making Big Mistakes and getting away with it?
The latest anti-Semitism from the Swastikar King, Elon Musk.... Elon Musk has reposted a tweet suggesting that Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Mao Zedong were not responsible for murdering millions of people. The post amplified by Musk to his 219.6 million followers blamed “public sector workers” for the atrocities carried out in the name of some of the most barbarous tyrants in modern history Anyone have any questions about why he's saying this now? 😀 IOW, the people at the top who ordered the atrocities aren't to blame for mass murder, it's the low level people carrying out the orders. Got it. Repeat after me... TRUMP AND MUSK ARE NOT TO BLAME FOR THE UPCOMING ATROCITIES ONLY THE LOW LEVEL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES CARRYING OUT THEIR ORDERS 🪚 -

Tax Filing Experience: Jomtien [March-2025]
Traditional IRAs and 401ks are certainly subject to US tax, per the saving clause found in all DTAs. So, all this argument about IRAs not being taxable by Thailand, per Por 162, is only a matter of interest, but certainly not one of tax savings -- since either Thailand or the US, or both, will collect your taxes (subject to credit relieve, of course). -

Donald Trump has upended millions of lives in his first 50 days in office
AFAIK the US government collects tariffs on imported goods. I have not heard of said government returning the tariffs to buyers of those goods. -

Another example of Trump's IQ level
Nothing I said was wrong. You are a liar, and your post only substantiates what I said. “Oh what a tangled web lefty weaves”
