I am trying to find a restaurant that I liked many years ago, notable for the owner having a parrot that was quite a character and would appear late in the evening to socialise with customers and nibble the owner's ear if ignored. Any clues please to help me find it again ?

I do not know of a  French bar with parrots but there is an Arabic bar in Anusarn Market where the owner keeps two Parrots!

It is called "Aisha Thai Food" next door to O'Malley's Irish Bar!
