Learning how to use a Macbook

Featured Replies

Anywhere that will teach someone in Thai how to use a Mac, whether via Apple or separately. She is Apple phone, Ipad etc, so seems the sensible route to go.

I know they are meant to be self explanatory, but my wife needs to learn to use a laptop, she hasn't used a computer in 20 years, I plan to give her my M1 to use and don't have the patience or the will to teach her myself.

You may get more help if you specify the village, town, or city for help, and you meant that she has an iPhone and iPad ;)

I think the larger Apple dealers can provide training but not sure where in Thailand. Most Apple shops, like Studio 7, are resellers.

If you buy new, you get an online training session.

Apple Thailand may offer something for a payment. In the US, you can attend in-store classes so I would imagine it's similar in Bangkok

It is, all free

It is perfectly possible that other Apple authorised resellers may do something similar, you would need to ask.
