Wasn't it said the other day no-one is allowed to visit him? Now it's said it's up to him whose allowed, whose not! Which one is it?

It's neither and both at the same time - quantum level stuff, like Schrödinger's cat. Us mere mortals aren't smart enough to understand.

Come the next election he and his party will be sent to the abyss the Thai people don’t forget the promises that have been broken nor the way he has been allowed to escape a prison sentence ,they well know that this was a well negotiated plan in order for him to return to the kingdom

I am not certain of that.... they will make new promises, and I suspect he still has supporters left in rural areas.

It is all clear to see that the wool, big and thick wool, is being pulled over everyone's eyes, Thaksin is well privileged and protected by all concerns, all the way from the highest office in the land to his jail/hospital servants, simply because it has all been agreed on well before he came back and we're all going to hear the name Thaksin for years to come...

High Office, Pardon ?.

Yes of course, there's ONLY about 40 million able bodied "adults"!

True, but 40 million bodies not doing anything is still 40 million bodies not doing anything, next year or 5 years from now.

If they have power they are choosing not to use it.
