Hello…

Anyone done a drive to the airport lately.

Someone told me that….coming from the moat….you could take THIPANET Road and turn right at Mahidol to get to the airport.

Thereby avoiding the jam underneath the flyover turn.

I didn’t think you could do a right turn there…?

Does anyone know the facts…

Sure you can, there's even a righthand turn lane there by the traffic light (unless that's been very recently changed).  As to whether that's a faster route to the airport on a given day, maybe.

Nothing has changed, though I think it’s faster to use Mahidol with the exception of between 10:00am-11:00am and 3:30pm-5:30pm.
