What type of QR code? What are you trying to do with it? Are you trying to go to a webpage, pay for something, download an app, etc.?

Actually it's for a Thai drivers license renewal.

Do you mean the QR code for the video training? 

If so, you complete the video training, and at the end, you can download the QR code, which is linked to your results, to confirm you did it. You just show it to the people at DLT. You don't have to do anything with it yourself.

As said by @Polar Bear above, just save it to your phone and show on the day you go for the renewal.

 

You should have been asked to download after completing the video training, if not just sign back in and it is still there for download.
