Hello Everyone, I am about moving to Southern Europe from Thailand and need to submit/convert/replace my current DL (Thai) to local DL. The first step  is to receive certified DL record from DMV?Transportation Dept. from the country one is moving from (Thailand in this case). Has anyone ever had to obtain DL Record from Thai transportation department? This is usually done online in US through State Transportation Dept or DMV and entails driving records for the previous  3 or 5 years depending on the state.

Appreciate your insight on this if anyone has  ever had to deal with it before.
