Local temple for meditation near Thong Lor?

Featured Replies

Hey

What's the closest temple to Thong Lor where locals go to practice meditation, mantra, daily ceremonies etc? Not looking for the tourist temples but a temple for locals. Found a few large beautiful ones near China Town but it's a bit far from Thong Lor.

Thank you.

Thank you. But I'm looking for a traditional Thai temple though.

Turn left at the top of Thonglor...go past Ekkamai and a little bit further on the left (still on Sukhumvit) is a very nice large temple.

Also a nice temple at the Petchburi Road end of Ekkamai.

I was at Wat Pa Si last Sunday, really nice place.. Have lived on Thonglor for 15 years and never even knew it existed.
