Used to be some sort of luxury back in the beginning of this century, yet few funky hotel GM in Pattaya had them installed in rooms. Hidden, I don't know why. Perhaps for profit or personal entertainment? However: it is impossible NOT TO HAVE CCTV in the tourist area shop.
