Here is the link to alcohol consumption by country. Plenty of European countries are above Russia. UK is almost at the par. Wikipedia

Not many above Russia, do you trust the figures from Russia?

Now can you list which ones get a free 3 month visa without showing any funds to support themselves? Err Ummm Mmmm give up yet?

Do you have any evidence to suggest that the perpetrators of this crime came in visa exempt?

Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) officers arrested a Russian man at a luxury penthouse in Pattaya yesterday for allegedly running an illegal trade, which led to the suicide of a Thai woman

Does that help?

The source of data is WHO. If you have data from more credible source - feel free to provide.

So, countries with higher alcohol consumption, such as Germany are also "alcoholism, is a way of life for them"?

Is there a source less credible than the WHO? The New York Times perhaps.

They do not have to demonstrate they have funds? I thought they might be under the same rules as other countries coming in Exempt... (but 3x the amount?).
