I'm here on a Non-Imm O "retierment" visa. I will leave the country the end of June. I'm not sure of my return date so I booked a one way ticket.

I see on the T8 form I need to enter my return date .. actually it says "and shall return into Thailand about...". So apparenty no exact date needed.

I am wondering how much leeway they will allow? If I miss my stated return date by two weeks or a month, will they void my visa? Has anyone here dealt with this before? Thanks!

btw...I'm planning to get the permit at the airport.

Return date irrelevant.

Put whatever you want.

Your reentry permit will provide until date that is the same as expiry of your current permission of stay stamp.

(it's not a visa)

Which airport will you depart from.

You can obtain reentry permit at airport if Immigration is inconvenient.

Edit: just noticed you are obtaining at airport

Mention which airport for advice

Reentry permit desk is zone 2 after security and prior to passport.

On left side of passport check ques

They provide an option 200b service fee and do it all for you. Photo included.

Optional.

Dr Jack, has that not changed location from the above photo, to somewhere after one has finished with Immigration?

I seem to recall reading this on AN some time ago.

Can you kindly clarify as I too need one later this month.

I seem to recall post you mention.

In any event some folk use fast track in another zone and are processed through passport control then walk back to place I posted above.

Suggest you use Zone 2.
