I like the "GUTS" sign...

Poor sod, ate some of the legendary "street food", got sick, $hat himself and panicked.

Only Thai food is to blame here. You see?

There is nothing even remotely ‘quality’ about Thailand.

They deserve the public defecator and his ilk.

That is the kind of level that they operate at.

Just take a walk down any soi in Bangkok and see the garbage, the filth, the sewers, the pollution, the rats, the scammers etc.

You wouldn’t see this kind of thing in Geneva or Monte Carlo, would you?

much love!

BOB.

Luckily for them there are no Bob's too.

You don't see 30C winter weather in those places either!😊

It's clearly a case of mental illness.

Responsible Thai media could actually make a showcase out of him to educate the public about mental illness, something that's not really known to most people and if it is, very taboo.

He should admitted to a psychiatric ward for treatment and once stabilized, sent home.

Ahh yet another quality farang enjoying the facilities of Greater BKK. Nothing like making yourself feel at home.

You may possibly be correct, or just as possibly wrong.

What puzzles me is, if mentally ill how did he get the funds to come here and how did he have the mental capacity to organise transport and accommodation.

If a long termer here he would know his way around and be aware of all the alternatives there were to his actions.

Many logical responses to my points I am sure, and no doubt people to explain them to me.

Responsible Thai media?

Educating the public?

Psychiatric ward in Thailand?

Absolute pig. Arrest, impose heavy fine, deport never to return.

Why?

"Guvna" Allan is a mascot of sorts and a man of diplomatic aplomb when not under the influence of cheap gin.  Look at the reverence on the security guard's face. " Washin' down the Guv" is a regular occurrence, this just happened to be the first time it was caught on camera.  He's normally as elusive as Bigfoot or the chupacapra.

I'd happily buy him and pint (and a bog roll).

Really? And there's me thinking they wanted a date. You are a fountain of knowledge Mr Goat, I'd never have guessed - thank you for sharing.

Well, most of us have performed shocking behaviour in Soi Nana, but this is in broad daylight and not really what Johnny Foreigners' reputation needs right now.

Has anyone suggested his visa be revoked yet? Just saying, because that appears to be the normal knee-jerk these days.

On a side note, I was feeling fat until I saw him.

By the vacant look on his face, I think he was on something, or just a grub.

You can always find a toilet around Nana. Seems to be getting worse every day dumb tourists doing stupid things.

I think a psychological examination and deported would benefit him.

Maybe he's shell shot from the front line somewhere.

Possibly shell shocked by all the meat on display the previous night.

I'd think that's the only front line he's been in recently.

Not acceptable behaviour in any country (Maybe Pakistan).

For those of you that think this if funny, think of it as another nail in the wall for all foreigners being blamed and punished for the tiniest of infractions, it will affect you, so I suggest you stop laughing.

I fully agree. That was the first thing that I had thought.

If you think that this is a tiny infraction, no wonder Thais want farangs to go back to their own countries.

Or better without greedy landlords.

Landlords are just doing what the market dictates: if they think there is more demand than supply they raise prices. If and when they realize there's no demand at those prices they lower. Locally demand is very low for pricey condos, but tourists compare it to prices back home and are happy to pay inflated prices because they don't think or realize they're overpriced.

Low season, here we come. 🔥

Disgusting behavior taking no consequences of his action for other foreigners. Can you blame Thais if they think all foreigners treat their country as a dump? Taking what they need and <deleted> on what they don’t.

It is not only the disgusting behavior that offend the Thais. The sanctity of erawan diety shrine is also compromised too .it was installed there after careful geomancing and now it is tainted.
totally disrespectful regardless mental illness or not to others.
imagine defecating in front of the pastor during mass In the church.

Sad to see all the judge jury executioners chiming in here.

Poor guy is suffering mental illness. Look at his eyes, how he's mumbling to himself, moving in slow motion. He needs help and empathy not scorn.

This is not a case of a tourist behaving badly.

And where did you get your medical cert from  or is this all assumptions
