A major police operation is under way after reports of multiple stabbings at a shopping centre near Bondi Beach in Sydney. Hundreds of people have been evacuated from the Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre. A New South Wales ambulance spokesperson said that one of two alleged offenders had been shot by police and they were searching for the other, ABC reported.

They also reported that armed police were searching a rooftop parking lot. The ambulance spokesperson said people were still inside the shopping centre. A shopper said she thought she was "going to die".

She told ABC News: "I was hiding in the backroom. I was hearing gunshots. It's just the worst thing ever, who does that to people? "I saw a woman lying on the floor in Chanel. "I didn't see him properly, I was running. It's just insanity - I wasn't expecting it. "I thought I was going to die. Every moment was playing through my head, I was so scared."

 

 

Waverley Council said on X: "A critical incident has commenced following the shooting of a male at Bondi Junction. Just before 4pm today, emergency services were called to Westfield Bondi Junction following reports of multiple people stabbed. People are urged to avoid the area."

 

Witness Roi Huberman, an ABC sound engineer, told the network that he sheltered in a store during the incident. "And suddenly we heard a shot or maybe two shots and we didn't know what to do," he said. "Then the very capable person in the store took us to the back where it can be locked. She then locked the store and then she then let us through the back and now we are out."

Thoughts are with our Australian brothers and sisters today. At least 5 killed while out shopping in a Sydney mall. Apparently a 9 month old baby was one of the stab victims. 

 

Looking at the video clips it seems highly likely the attacker was another follower of that peaceful religion.

I'm in the area ,Bondi junction has a lot of Jewish residents.

My comment is not to 'protect' islamic folks. I'm becoming more and more concerned about fake news / errors / serious errors in all news reporting, all channels, all countries.

Now, now don't lets not be too harsh, he was only carrying out the instructions to kill unbelievers in his instruction book. Australian Police are so gutless they did not initially issue a description, even though Allah's little martyr could be seen on CCTV footage. Just waiting for the excuses- not a real muslim, a lone wolf or mental issues. Get this straight, Islam is the enemy of all the west stands for.

Probably from the CCTV, what he was shouting and the knife, Quran instructs to kill unbelievers and trouble makers in the neck

The latest from the NSW police commissioner, Karen Webb:

 

"The attacker has been identified as a 40-year-old man known to law enforcement, though police are waiting to formally identify him.

He is believed to have acted alone.

“If he is the person that we believe, then we don’t have fears of that person holding an ideation. In other words, it’s not a terrorism incident,” Webb said."

 

Also revealed, the female police officer who shot the attacker just happened to be in the area:

 

"The female officer is a “very senior” inspector of police who was conducting routine checks on hospitality venues nearby. She was alone and responded quickly, firing three shots which killed the attacker."

It's standard procedure not to release the name before the next of kin have been informed.

Facts. A Muslim killing 6 people in a shopping mall is not a terrorist attacks? In what world? Oh right, in the 'diversity is our strength' world. Stabbing a baby? Happened in Germany 2 weeks ago as well by 'our greatest strength' and they always use newspeech with that kind of things, not a baby but a girl, not a terrorist attack but mental illness, and so on.

 

But I really wonder what recent event happened and what made all the Muslims do their terrorist attacks everywhere in the Western world, which leads people to think less of them. Which country would benefit from having White people seeing Muslims as terrorist right now. Hmmmmmmm 🤫
