Tried today to make online appointment for retirement ext. at CW. The system is not sending out an OTP email to continue the process. Tried several times on PC with two different email addresses, cookies enabled, no VPN, checked Spam folder, no joy, can't proceed. Is this happening to others as well?

I made a reservation this morning on my phone did not encounter any problems, received "appointment confirmed" in the app.

Just tried again to book appt., and this time it worked fine. Whatever glitch there was has been fixed. Thread can be closed. thx
