If you look at Hillary Clinton's character, intelligence, and depth of experience, to this day she stands head and shoulders over Trump. America would have been infinitely better off had she been elected in 2016, and it's an American tragedy that she wasn't.

Hello? The Ukraine war started because Russia invaded Ukraine. If you're suggesting that Russia wouldn't have invaded Ukraine if Trump had been in the White House, you're kidding yourself. Trump would likely have acquiesced to Putin's expansionist ambitions, further emboldening him to expand further, making the likelihood of a wider conflict far greater.

Agree. I will include her close ties with allies and global leaders and also her foreign policies. Those were big assets if she was the President. She would have agreed to the 400 million aids to Ukraine and may have deterred the Russian invasion. The Iran nuclear agreement that was discontinued by Trump was detrimental to the stability of the Middle East. Cutting of the agreement, the west lost a communication line, antagonized and influence Iran to take a more aggressive posture. Trump no war hype is a myth. He wanted war to stay in power but was held back by his cabinet according to Miles Taylor.

Agree. Everyone here knows that the will of the people is meaningless and doesn't count in the presidential election. My main point simply being that 3m (2.5%) more people voted for Hilary than Trump. This just goes to show that she was more popular than him. 

(A little known fact is that in every single case where someone won the electoral college vote but lost the popular vote, he was a Republican.)

But yes, I totally agree, the electoral college system does mean those 3m voters were a bunch of losers and don't count.

no, the us backed coup in 2014 sped that already troubled area up the ball rolling, the war kicked off due to Ukraine wanting to join nato and the US& UK  interference, which was a red line for Putin.
