I am planning to move to the Hua Hin area in July this year with my partner.  We would like rent a 3 bedroom house or villa which is near to the beqch and shopping malls.  Our budget is 40k a month for rent.   We would welcome information regarding what might be available in that price range and the area.

 

We would spend a couple of weeks in a hotel to give ourselves time to look around.   Have looked at the various real estate agents, but would welcome info from people actually living there.

Only if you want to live on beachfront, otherwise there's plenty of property available to rent in the OP's budget.

Continuing my research regarding rental property in Hue Hin does anyone have any info on Terra Villa's please.  I've got the good points from the agent, but are there any bad points.  Appreciate opinions will be personal

There is older spacey appartments along Phetkasem road to Khao Takiap that have sea view, and great balcony space that I would choose instead of houses be it soi 102, 94 or 88.
