You shouldn't be so dishonest, you have still not provided a link for this claim.

"Ukrainian losses are well worth the price !"

Just admit you made a mistake and move on.

Tell that to  David Cameron.

The best thing we can do this year is to help keep the Ukrainians in this fight..they are fighting so bravely ..............

I argue that it is extremely good value for money for the United States and others

perhaps for about 5 or 10 percent of your defence budget almost half of Russia's pre war military equipment has been destroyed  for without the loss of a single American life this is an investment in United States security.

The point the writer of the article is making, is that it has already backfired because it led directly to the US agreeing to let US weapons be used to strike targets inside Russia - and this is something that has already started happening, to devastating effect.

and the Russians will just blow up more of Ukraine in response.

Latvia has found a novel way to help Ukraine and solve one of its own problems.

Latvia sends cars seized from drunk drivers to Ukraine

Latvian drunk drivers are making an important -- if not entirely voluntary -- contribution to helping Ukraine fend off the Russian invasion.

In a parking lot outside the capital Riga, some 100 cars confiscated from drunk drivers are being repaired and adapted before being sent to the front line in Ukraine.

In a nifty move to combat both endemic drunk driving at home and support Kyiv, Latvian authorities are handing seized vehicles over to the Ukrainian military.

Some are even being armoured and turned into medevacs to evacuate wounded soldiers.

We already know Chamberlain's politics didn't work.

Your way of thinking is flawed.

Bowing to Ruzzian aggression just to avoid a war with Ruzzia weakens Europe even more, China will have a stronger position versus EU weaklings than vs. EU doing the right thing now.
Ruzzia-Iran-China is an axis of evil with currently one aggressive member, one contained member and one for-the-moment-silent partner "without limits".

Ruzzia vs. Europe

China vs. USA

and

Iran as a sh*t-stirrer

You say "Asian countries" as if they were homogenous and all on the same economic and societal development level as Europe.

China is a member of the axis of evil and North Korea is an associate member. Many other Asian countries aren't democratic in the first place, such as Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and a couple others I forgot, some have enough trouble at home, such as Taiwan and others aren't significant in terms of military and finances. Others aren't economically developed and busy with themselves such as India, Philippines, Indonesia.

Let's look at two developed, democratic major Asian countries : Japan and South Korea - both support Ukraine.

Dangerous stupid thinking. The Chamberlain example is way overworked and is not the root of this conflict as you well know.

Nonsense post with zero content other than calling me stupid.

Why do so many anti-West and pro-Putin posts use expressions such as "as you well know" "my friends" etc ?

We are not friends with you and people like you, and no, we don't know what you (and your friends) all know so well. You will have to explain what you know so well but we don't.

Exactly - that is what will happen one remembers the US triumphalist  cry of "we will bomb them back to the stone age" - the hand wringers then were the lefty-commie malcontents that cause some of our members such irritation. The west fighting small, corrupt statelets such as Afghanistan or Iraq and watching the videos of high tech weaponry and the lack of body bags fed into delusions of western military supeririority. When you attack a near peer adversary with a back stop of nukes and extensive resources and military manufacturing ability and a populace that broadly supports their leadership and is prepared to die and fight in large numbers, and couple that with an ecomomy moving towards total war production you need to match that or be prepared to lose /negotiate. Oh and it's looking like the western military industrial complex like Eisenhower most accurately forecasted has bled us dry with high tech weaponry that is fighing the last centuries war.

When Russian tanks like all tanks proved so susceptible to drone attack and disablement  - Ivan (apparently it is coal mining engineers in Donetsk came up with the turtle tank configuration , cope cages and drone jamming devices which have proved so effective.) Cost a few cases of vodka and scrap metal that was lying around.

Meanwhile no doubt somewhere in General Dynamics a project team has been set up to report back in 2025 and design a billion dollar project to put to the Pentagon .
