I've rarely seen a post with so many illogical fallacies in so few words.

Your struggle with logical comprehension is evident with your:

  1. Straw Man Fallacy
Explanation: This occurs when someone distorts an opponent’s argument to make it easier to attack.
Example: You misrepresent @Enoon's argument about nuclear threats as a bluff by claiming he advocates for using nukes in Kursk. This distorts his original point.

  2. False Dilemma (Either/Or Fallacy)
Explanation: This involves presenting two options as the only possibilities when there are actually other alternatives.
Example: You suggest that the only way to prove seriousness about nuclear threats is by using nukes in Kursk, ignoring other potential strategies or actions.

  3. Red Herring
Explanation: This is a diversionary tactic that shifts attention away from the main issue by introducing an irrelevant point.
Example: By focusing on the hypothetical use of nukes in Kursk, you distract from the original discussion about the Ukrainian offensive and its implications.

  4. Appeal to Emotion
Explanation: This fallacy seeks to manipulate emotional responses rather than providing a logical argument.
Example: The suggestion of using nukes in Kursk is likely to provoke an emotional reaction, which distracts from a rational analysis of the situation.

Identifying these fallacies reveals that your argument lacks a solid logical foundation, relying instead on misrepresentation and emotional manipulation.

You will find he's not the only poster here seemingly very skilled at following the propaganda instruction manual.

Are you sober? Russia is not an American colony. Your reference to American  soldiers working on secret Russian objects is  so outlandish as to initiate a legitimate questioning of your psychological state.

This is exactly what Putin said on Valdai 2017. And he repeat it later.
And later Putin said: "Our battle for sovereignty and justice is, without any exaggeration, of a national liberation nature." (In Russian: "Наша битва за суверенитет, за справедливость носит без всякого преувеличения национально-освободительный характер"). Whether you like it or not - it`s up to you but not accepting things that could be easily found by simple googling is so outlandish as to initiate a legitimate questioning of your psychological state.

The access referred to was reciprocal.  Russia was given access to US facilities too.  It was part of the  nuclear  arms limitation agreements. The access was granted under strict conditions and was to verify that missiles had been removed.

Your link does not support a claim of  Russia being an American colony. It is an rhetorical leap to claim such a construct.

Yes, Putin has an obvious feeling of inadequacy. It is common in short people who also demonstrate psychopathic  characteristics. Whether this is due to his height or his family background or his genetic structure is a matter I will leave with the scientists.

Yes, the colony status is in the constitution, аnd this is a topic for a separate big discussion.

But the following on the most secret nuclear objects could be only in colonies. Any independent country simply cannot allow such things to happen: "Permanent jobs were created directly at the workshops of this combine where the American specialists went to work every day. The rooms they were sitting in at these top-secret Russian facilities had American flags, as is always the case." -  Putin, Valdai 2017

Regurgitating Russian saboteur talking points does not support your cause. Your "assumption" leaves the impression that you are so desperate to denigrate President Biden and to support Putin that you have to resort to nonsensical claims.

Accusing me of being a Putin supporter exposes you for spouting nonsense. You have not a shred of proof that I support Putin.

I don't have to be desperate to denigrate Biden. IMO he is a warmonger, and I despise warmongers.

Iran has been  trying to provoke a war with Israel and its proxy army, Hezbollah holds Lebanon hostage

It's not Iran that has been running around trying to prevent an escalation of the tension in the M E. That's the US, in case you hadn't know that.

In that case it behooves the US to not ramp up the provocations such as a missile submarine, but it's clear from US actions over many months that they are not abiding by what they are saying.

The Ukrainians have demonstrated that they can take the fight to the invader

All the Ukrainians have demonstrated is that like other nations in history before them, who were hopelessly outgunned and facing a numerically vastly superior military, Ukrainians too are happy to take the war to civilians.

We have seen this many times before in history. A nation facing an overwhelming numerically superior army decides out of desperation to take the war to the enemy's civilians.

There is no glory in injuring children, killing civilians and making civilians homeless. Militarily Ukraine's little incursion into Kursk with 1000 troops is the first sign that Ukraine realizes that military defeat is inevitable. This was pure desperation

There have been many minor terrorist raids into Russia by Ukraine before. It is nothing new that Ukrainians do this. But to send 1000 troops into civilians areas in Russia, now increased to around 10,000 troops, is basicallly sacrificing your soldiers idiotically.

It's not just military experts who are calling this desperate Ukrainian attempt to entice Russia to bind reserves in the Kursk region and to divert forces from the Donbass militarily useless. Even Ukrainian analysts and Ukrainian troops on the ground see the move as the hopeless operation it clearly is:

"But to some Ukrainian servicemen, the attack is nothing but a “distraction” designed to cheer up the public.

“Things in the east are pretty bad, and this raid will for a while blind everyone at home – ‘Look, how ballsy we are. We’re kicking a** on their turf,’” Taras, a serviceman strolling in central Kyiv while on a break from the eastern front lines, told Al Jazeera.

He withheld his last name and location of his unit in accordance with military regulations."

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/8/8/whats-behind-ukraines-surprise-incursion-into-russias-kursk-region

As this Ukrainian soldier realises "things in the east are pretty bad" for Ukraine. And this raid in Kursk is only going to make things worse for Ukraine, because:

1)  Ukrainian troops are, according to Russian reports, firing on civilian houses indiscriminately, waging a terrorist war and killing civilians and injuring children. Therefore Russia will intensify its own war on civilians, which can be made far worse.

2)  The Ukrainian troops, by all reports about 10000 now, stand abolutely no chance in Russia, against a numerically vastly superior Russian army, and first reports now are already indicating that the advance has been stopped.

3) More volunteers in Russia have now signed up to defend the motherland, counter terror operations are already under way, and we all know what happens to those who invade Russia. In addition battle experienced troops from low priority areas in Ukraine have already been redeployed to Kursk.

Makhnovka has already been retaken by Russia, and as Russia keeps sending brigades to Kursk it is clear that the Ukrainian troops have no chance whatsoever to continue the incursion or hold territory long term. In fact Ukrainian troops now are hiding and moving around to avoid combat with Russian forces, in line with the terrorist/guerilla nature of this incursion.

Ukraine was basically heading for defeat on the actual fronts, so they threw a handful of troops onto Kursk to unleash terrorist war on cvilians and then pumped more troops in once they saw Russia was naked there.  The hope was that Putin would divert major troops from the actual front to Kursk. But he is not doing that. Putin has not even declared a state of war, which he could do to impose martal law, but he hasn't. He has only declared a counter terrorism operation, which shows that Putin is not overly concerned in a military sense. Even gas supplies to Europe through Kursk are not affected, it has been confirmed.

Most likely Zelensky has accepted a negotiated settlement is inevitably going to happen ahead of the US election, and wanted to put Ukraine in a better position for negotiation, but once his troops are kicked out of Kursk, as they will be, that notion too will fail.

'We've got more than 2,000 Russian prisoners so far and they aren't just conscripts, these are competent fighters, including FSB forces,' he said last night.

quite an interesting video.

shot just at the West entrance to Sudzha on the road from Sumy.
it's very interesting how the soldiers wear no recognizable insignia or colors and how the camera spends time on the Ukrainian armed forces flag on the car.
can't really say if these are two infiltrated Ruzzian agents or two idiots.

So, anything that not fits to narrative - automatically becomes false Russian propaganda? That’s a very convenient way for discussion 😀
