Not quite right. If you jack up the price (for existing product) then add free delivery, the algorithm will pick it up and delete the product. Free delivery means Lazada/Shopee will charge the seller and deduct from final payment. We sell on both platforms. If there’s an * on the free delivery banner it refers to conditions which can vary.

Furthermore, the only way to get the customer to absorb the free delivery cost is to create a new product with descriptions and names and photos different to an existing product in your shop (ie can’t be connected to an existing product by the algorithm). The downside is the price will appear higher and may deter the buyer to another product/shop. They are pretty strict and aware of dubious tactics people use to sell.
