Are you serious or

First line correction : Isn't relevant how Trump is doing.  Or  It is irrelevant how Trump is doing.  The 2020 election was questionable. I would expect an army of republican poll watchers to be on stations this time.

It wasn't questionable at all. Probably the safest and most secure election in history. Those who question it have drank the kool-aid. Sad

REDUX 3 June

Regarding any (immediate) Supreme Court intervention:

Jury Instructions -- THE FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN ACT pg. 31:

The first of the People's theories of “unlawful means" which
I will now define for you is the Federal Election Campaign Act.

****************

"It is not clear if the federal election law violations could be the basis for prosecution in state court," (UCLA election law expert Richard) Hasen said. "There is also an argument that Trump did not violate federal election law, for example, if his payments were personal and not campaign related."

Richard Pildes, law professor at New York University School of Law and an expert on constitutional law, said including the FECA violation as an "unlawful means" provided a federal question for Trump to bring to the Supreme Court.

"If the Trump team wants to argue that his actions do not amount to a violation of that federal law, the Supreme Court would have the power to decide on the proper meaning of FECA," Pildes told Salon. "Because it’s a federal law, the Supreme Court has the power to resolve the proper interpretation of that law."

OK let’s put that to the test.

Will you accept Judge Marchant’s ruling on the subject social media post?

That meeting was last week and heard nothing further for the court to decide, Yada!

Fox News host Turley:

"The odds that such a posting is a genuine account of a juror in this day and age is relatively small. You would have a higher likelihood of finding the key to the Dead Sea Scrolls on the graffiti left on the courthouse. That does not mean that it should not be investigated, but the mere appearance of such a posting is hardly cause for an all-hands-on-deck call from the court," he added.

That hearing was last week and now it is as dead as Yada

By your analogy close elections proves fraud then?

Enemy of civilization and democracy are Trump supporters. They can't handle the truth. Only alternative facts.

There have been numerous recounts and audits in those States, including GOP partisan audits.

You have nothing.

Could Aseanow please remove BREAKING NEWS from the title? This happened a few weeks ago. It is well past the breaking stage

Well outside the imaginary world of Claifornia, jokes about jury misconduct are explored under oath.

Jury misconduct is only explored (under any jurisdiction) when there's some kind of credible evidence that jury misconduct may have occurred.

There's no such evidence here.

A self-described ‘s***poster’ launched a Trump conviction conspiracy theory with one Facebook message

As the article explains:

Quote

On his page, Anderson describes himself as a “transabled & a professional s***poster.”

And after Judge Merchan had notified the parties of the post in question, Anderson posted:

Quote

“Take it easy… I’m a professional sh***poster.”

From Washington Post The Trump Trials memo 10 June Bangkok time

And in New York, the probation office will hold a virtual interview Monday with Trump, which is the next step in his presentencing process after his hush-money conviction. The former president will participate in the meeting from Palm Beach, Fla., according to a person familiar with the arrangements who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a proceeding that is not public.

Donald Trump to Las Vegas Rally Attendees: 'I Don't Care About You'

"By the way, isn't the breeze nice. Do you feel the breeze? I don't want anybody going on me. We need every voter. I don't care about you. I just want your vote. I don't care." His supporters laughed as he then said, "See now, the press will take that, and they'll say, 'He said a horrible thing.'"

Trump is clearly having a mental breakdowns in front of our eyes.

He may be committed for observation, not jailed.

One of the ways to avoid a prison sentence is to accept responsibility for the actions that got you convicted and show genuine contrition.

I’m not sure that has been explained to Convicted Felon Trump.

I do not think Trump believes he did anything illegal. He paid for a non-disclosure agreement and called it a legal expense. Had he called it a campaign expense he would have been guilty of campaign finance laws and been fined.

Trump would be a coward and a fool to admit he did anything illegal when he didn't.

The left wants to see him grovel.

Trump’s lawyer pays Stormy’s lawyer to influence one party to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

Stormy’s lawyer pays Stormy to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

An NDA is payment in consideration of a contract, which is legal.

Trump pays his lawyer and calls it legal expenses, which is legal.

Stormy violates the contract, which is illegal.

The FEC looked at it and did not prosecute because there was no campaign finance violation, because payment for an NDA does not qualify as a campaign expense.

Bragg looked at it and did not prosecute.

The Biden DOJ sends one of their top guys to New York to make up a campaign finance violation.

Trump is indicted.

My take is Joe Biden is a closet admirer of Trump and was helping Trump to raise millions from his campaign finance conviction.

As part of the preparation of the (pre-sentencing) report, the official is likely to ask Mr. Trump about what occurred that led to the charges against him.

This is what Americans call the weaponization of Government agencies ,to go after your political opponents, history documents this type of corruption in 3rd world dictatorship and communist countries.

Colangelo didn't convict Trump. It was a jury of peers vetted and selected by both defense and prosecutor attorneys that convicted him. If there was weaponization, Hunter will not be charged and on trial.
