There has got to be a hearing where the jurors are questioned.

And if there is, and the hearing finds that the Posts were made by troll with zero connection to any of the Jurors, you’ll not accept the findings and consider anyone who does an enemy of you and your family.

By your analogy close elections proves fraud then?

Enemy of civilization and democracy are Trump supporters. They can't handle the truth. Only alternative facts.

There have been numerous recounts and audits in those States, including GOP partisan audits.

You have nothing.

From Washington Post The Trump Trials memo 10 June Bangkok time

And in New York, the probation office will hold a virtual interview Monday with Trump, which is the next step in his presentencing process after his hush-money conviction. The former president will participate in the meeting from Palm Beach, Fla., according to a person familiar with the arrangements who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a proceeding that is not public.

So I guess no drug test via remote.

I'm betting Trump is in jail for the Republican convention. Takers?

Donald Trump to Las Vegas Rally Attendees: 'I Don't Care About You'

"By the way, isn't the breeze nice. Do you feel the breeze? I don't want anybody going on me. We need every voter. I don't care about you. I just want your vote. I don't care." His supporters laughed as he then said, "See now, the press will take that, and they'll say, 'He said a horrible thing.'"

Trump is clearly having a mental breakdowns in front of our eyes.

He may be committed for observation, not jailed.

One of the ways to avoid a prison sentence is to accept responsibility for the actions that got you convicted and show genuine contrition.

I’m not sure that has been explained to Convicted Felon Trump.

I do not think Trump believes he did anything illegal. He paid for a non-disclosure agreement and called it a legal expense. Had he called it a campaign expense he would have been guilty of campaign finance laws and been fined.

Trump would be a coward and a fool to admit he did anything illegal when he didn't.

The left wants to see him grovel.

Trump’s lawyer pays Stormy’s lawyer to influence one party to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

Stormy’s lawyer pays Stormy to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

An NDA is payment in consideration of a contract, which is legal.

Trump pays his lawyer and calls it legal expenses, which is legal.

Stormy violates the contract, which is illegal.

The FEC looked at it and did not prosecute because there was no campaign finance violation, because payment for an NDA does not qualify as a campaign expense.

Bragg looked at it and did not prosecute.

The Biden DOJ sends one of their top guys to New York to make up a campaign finance violation.

Trump is indicted.

My take is Joe Biden is a closet admirer of Trump and was helping Trump to raise millions from his campaign finance conviction.

Per NY Times June 9, 2024 EDT

As part of the preparation of the (pre-sentencing) report, the official is likely to ask Mr. Trump about what occurred that led to the charges against him.

Since the Dem lawfare couldnt get Trump through the A Federal Election

Committee charging decision in 2021,

biden  in Nov 2022 made comments in a presser that Trump will  be stopped from taking power constitutionally . biden grew frustrated with his DOJ  efforts  . One month later Colangelo steps down from the # 3 spot at the DOJ, to join

bragg.

This is what Americans call the weaponization of Government agencies ,to go after your political opponents, history documents this type of corruption in 3rd world dictatorship and communist countries.
